Refund/Return Policy

At Kimbarli, each of our items is custom printed specifically for your order, ensuring a unique product just for you. As a result, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds unless the item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or undelivered.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. To help us resolve the issue, kindly provide a clear photo of the defect or damage, along with your order number and any other relevant details. We will review the claim and, if applicable, provide instructions for a replacement or further action.

Non-Delivery of Products

If your order is marked as delivered, but you have not received it, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and provide you with the next steps. Unfortunately, if the carrier confirms the package was delivered, we are unable to offer a refund or replacement.

Non-Returnable Items

Because all of our products are custom printed and made to order, they are non-returnable, except in the case of defects, errors, or non-delivery. We also do not accept returns on gift cards or downloadable products.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping when applicable.
